About Us

Having a strong interest in architecture and new urbanism, we came across this concept of a Pocket Neighborhood. With it’s cute cottages, shared common spaces, and energy efficient homes, we thought it was just what Peoria needed. We selected a 4 acre piece of property close to restaurants, shopping, and I-74 to start building this vision. Upscale single family rental homes that are energy star certified, feature a covered front porch, side patio, two stall attached garage and come complete with appliances including washer and dryer.
